Mindful Eating: Eating with intention while paying attention
“The best way to eat is one that makes you feel happy and healthy”
Someone perfectly described that “mindful eating is a way to become reacquainted with the guidance of our internal nutritionist” and to get this magical feeling a session on mindfulness was organized for the teachers of Secondary wing on April 26, 2022. This session was very helpful for the teachers to understand that when it’s difficult to meditate, one can build moments of mindfulness through the simplest activities like having our food mindfully. The teachers wholeheartedly took part in the session and felt a sense of gratitude and deep reverence for life as it’s that make life big.
