Delhi Public School Varanasi comes with a very illustrious lineage of The Delhi Public School Society. The DPS Chain not only has a pan-Indian presence, but it has also established citadels of learning about several foreign shores. What started as a small school in 1949 has grown into a chain that has over 200 schools in India and abroad. 

Delhi Public School Varanasi is promoted by the Kush Education Society. The promoters of DPS Varanasi have a very successful legacy in the K-12 sector. They are part of a group that is running DPS in Varanasi for the past 12 years. The Group also manages a Business School in New Delhi. 

Established about seventeen years ago, DPS Varanasi  has been able to ensure that excellence is the hallmark of a progressive school.
