School Rules

  1. 1.Students must carry their almanac and I-card to school everyday.
  2. 2.Students are advised to keep their classroom, school building and campus as clean as possible, and throw leftovers into the dustbins.
  3. 3.Parents are required to inform the school if there is any change in their address and/ or telephone numbers.
  4. 4.Students who come to school by private vehicle, should arrive at the school before the bell rings.
  5. 5.Changing of classrooms between periods should be done silently and in an orderly manner.
  6. 6.Care must be taken of the school property. No student should damage any school furniture; write or draw anything on the walls. Damage done should be reported at once to the class teacher. Recovery for any damage will be made from the concerned student.
  7. 7.Students should be habitually clean and always neatly dressed. Students who are slovenly dressed or not in uniform will be sent home.
  8. 8.If the Senior and Secondary wing students do not board the bus within ten minutes after the dispersal bell rings, they will have to stay back till 03:00 pm.
  9. 9.The morning bell before a class or assembly is a signal for all to get to the assembly or to their respective classroom. This should be done promptly and in silence.
  10. 10.All boys (except Sikhs) must keep their hair short. Girls must tie their hair neatly with a black band.
  11. 11.Lending or borrowing of money or other articles is prohibited.
  12. 12.The school reserves the right to suspend the student whose progress in studies is unsatisfactory or whose conduct is harmful to other students.
  13. 13.A child who fails twice in the same class will not be permitted to continue his/her studies in the school.
  14. 14.Parents and guardians must not visit their wards or teachers without prior permission of the Principal/ coordinator.
  15. 15.Parents and guardians of all students should contact the teachers on the PTM days to note the progress of their wards.
  16. 16.Children are allowed to distribute sweets provided only by school on their birthday. No child is allowed to give expensive gift to students/teachers on any occasion.
  17. 17.Students who come to school escorted should never leave before the escort arrives.In case of delay they should report to the school office.
  18. 18.A student who uses unfair means during tests will be given zero in the subject along with a warning letter. Repetition of the same will result in dismissal.
  19. 19.The name, class and section of the pupil should be clearly marked on all their belongings. Water bottles, blazers and jerseys should also bear the name of the student.
  20. 20.Late comers will not be allowed to attend school.
  21. 21.Students are not allowed to go to a relative/friend’s house from school.
  22. 22. Students are not allowed to use the school telephone without the permissionof the receptionist. They will not be called to answer phone calls during class hours.
  23. 23.A sick child should not be sent to school. In case of an emergency, when the school doctor instructs so, the parents will be requested to take the child back. Under no circumstances will the child be allowed to leave school without an authorising letter from the parents.
  24. 24.All visitors will be checked by the security staff and their co-operation is sought.
  25. 25.Parents to check the notices and datesheets of examination on Edunext as the Hard copy of the notices will be discontinued.
  26. 26.Fee will be collected through ECS and parents will have to get the mandate form from the city office.

Important:

  1. 1.Students using the school bus will have to maintain discipline in the bus. Bus facilities will be withdrawn in cases where discipline is not properly maintained.
  2. 2.For damage of any school property, minimum fee charged will be < 1,000. (Fine amount may increase according to the nature of the damage caused.)
  3. 3.Children are not allowed to carry mobile phones, I-pods, cameras, expensive wrist watch or jewellery, CD/DVD, pen drives and magazines to school. In case if a child brings them to school, it will be confiscated and handed over to the parents at the end of the academic session.
  4. 4. No student will be allowed to leave on a half day on the day of Periodic
  5. 5.Any student who is on leave the previous day is expected to complete the work done in school that day. If he/she fails to do so, he/she might be made to stay back and complete his/her work
